Paneling of internal and external vertical surfaces.
The major part of the neogen basin of Jajce consists of strong sediments of fresh-water limestons called PLIVIT which one is used as a decorating stone for raising a wall and vertical interior and exterior object rounding of various applications.

PLIVIT is economic and easy to be dressed building material. This kind of stone have been used for centuries in raising up of fortresses, places of worship, monuments and other projects what is proved by numerous remains of material culture of the ancient people who lived on this territory.

The contemporary way of exploitation and processing of PLIVIT enables its wider use and ennobling of areas, with reduced expenses in maintaining of facades and interior revetting.

Pliva Jajce d.o.o. poduzeće za proizvodnju ukrasno građevinskog kamena plivit. PLIVIT se kao ukrasni i građevinski kamen upotrebljava za zidanje, te unutarnja i vanjska oblaganja objekata razne namjene, kamina, dekoracija ugostiteljskih objekata, fontana, bazena...

According to the expert report the decorating stone PLIVIT has met all the conditions for vertical revetting in civil engineering. It obtains all the characteristics of light concrete with volume weight of 1500 - 1800 kg/m³ with porosity of 30 - 40% and heat conducting coefficient of 0,85 W/mK, what renders possible the making and use of PLIVIT prefabricated pieces in erecting residential, representative and other public projects. When using the system 20 + 10 cm with 1,5 - 3 cm interinsulation of mineral wool, polyurethane, styropore or some other similar material without mortar (interior, exterior or interlayer).

Thus we achieve the total insulation with heat conducting coefficient of 0,41 W/mK, what corresponds to all demands concerning the heat isolation in zones 1 till 3.

If the static demands are higher we increase the interior layer to 30 cm, so that we get total thickness of the wall of about 40 cm.

The earthquake security can be achieved by applicating more rational system.
